In order to boost team spirit, a Team Building through Cooking workshop was organized by the Group’s Training & Development department, with the aim of enhancing teamwork through cooking activities, which require cooperation and creativity
The workshop started with classroom activities in the morning session. Through group games and a lesson in basic theory, participants learned to establish an effective team. Taking place in the kitchen, the afternoon session featured cooking exercises. Groups were required to prepare a three-course meal from appetizer, main course to dessert with limited time and resources.
The workshop brought staff together to experience the importance of teamwork and mutual trust in a relaxed environment. It also helped teams to find the best ways to work together and strengthen team spirit. The workshop attracted over 40 participants from NWS Holdings Corporate Office and eight member companies.
