(16 March 2018, Hong Kong) NWS Holdings Limited (“NWS Holdings” or the “Group”; Hong Kong stock code: 659) and 11 of its member companies have once again been awarded the Caring Company Logo, presented by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service (refer to the list below). The Group has also been honoured with the Business for Sustainability Logo, reflecting the Group’s commitment to sustainable business development and community engagement.
New World Construction Company Limited, one of the Group’s member companies, and CNEC Kei Shek Social Service Centre, jointly organized the NWCON Artisan Volunteer Service Project and were awarded the Certificate of Merit for Outstanding Partnership Project Award. Since December 2015, the project has involved a large number of construction workers, apprentices and sub-contractors’ employees devoting their spare time to providing free home repair and house cleaning to families in need.
